Shipping Policy
Our products are perishable commodities, we highly recommended shipping your orders by FEDEX Priority overnight delivery service. However, you have choice of choosing FedEx standard overnight delivery. Delivery Time may vary depending on your delivery option, distance, and weather.
FedEx Delivery operational is Monday through Friday. Friday or Saturday Dropping off is possible but not recommended; you may receive it by Monday. Monday - Thursday are ideal. There is No weekend delivery and no PO box address. If you are not home, leaving package in front of the door is routinely from FedEx. However, it may damage flowers due to weather or it gets stolen.
All delivery addresses are required with Business name/ personal name with full address and contact number.
Customers are required to provide accurate information such as delivery address, name, email and phone number. We are not responsible for delays caused by customers providing inaccurate information.
Delivery service charges are not included. Charges are finalized based on destination.
When you receive tracking number, you can track your package online at www.fedex.com
Refund Policy
Refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of the management. Because of the perishable nature of our products you are advised to make any complaint within 1 working day of the delivery of your flowers. We always endeavour to reach an agreement with the recipient for either for a replacement or a refund depending upon the nature of the complaint.
